  2. File management from initial interview to oral hearing.
  3. Preparing and making oral and written submissions.
  4. Access to justice issues.
  5. Finding clients and developing your business.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate and observe a mock academic hearing where they will be able to put their skills into practice.

Course instructor:  Adam Goodman developed a niche practice area helping students accused of academic offences to supplement his criminal law practice.  He has been featured in the CBC Documentary "Faking the Grade".  Adam has experience teaching learners ranging from young children and teens to adult professionals.  In 2018 Adam founded Destination CPD, a legal professional development company which aims to provide legal education in awesome places.  Some of Adam's best stories from practice come from academic cases, come and hear all about them.

Course date and time:  June 5, 2021, from 10 AM - 2 PM, offered via Zoom.

Fee:  $250

This course will only be offered live.  To ensure quality instruction we are limiting registration to 20 persons.

This program will be eligible for 3.5 hours CPD credits.  Professionalism credits pending.
